Physical Rehabilitation

Physical Therapy @ Physio WellnessNYC LLC specializes in treatment of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders

We employ comprehensive manual therapy (“hands on”) approach in conjunction with Functional Therapeutic Exercise that is directly supervised by a licensed physical therapist providing necessary verbal cues with manual cueing, resistance, and stabilization along effective biomechanical movement patterns to ensure optimal neuromusculoskeletal recovery, motor learning & conditioning.

We provide comprehensive patient education to empower clients/patients to understand the specifics of their own anatomy, physiology & biomechanics for informed compliance in lifestyle practices oriented toward disease & injury prevention, physical rehabilitation & overall wellness.

Therapeutic modalities, specifically, cryotherapy, thermal (heat) & electrotherapy are only used, when indicated, as a secondary complement to manual techniques and functional therapeutic exercises.
